Shikaroku was a longtime favorite of famous author and Shingu native, Sato Haruo.
Carefully-selected domestic eel is grilled by hand over Binchotan charcoal and glazed with a secret sauce, giving it an exceptionally well-balanced taste. Thanks to their great popularity, Shikaroku has been featured in a variety of TV programs and magazines.
