This is the only Japanese barbecue restaurant in Wakayama Prefecture licensed to use Kumano beef . Their unique barbecue sauce is made from a secret recipe passed down from their founding 45 years ago. They also stock 30 different wines, 50 brands of shochu and a range of whiskeys.
