The owner is an angler and recommends the sashimi, made with fish he carefully selects himself. Occasionally he serves fresh fish he caught on his own boat.
He also recommends the Kumano Chicken and other local harvests. Things like sweetfish in the summer, matsutake mushrooms in the autumn, and other seasonal vegetables make for a menu you can enjoy in different ways throughout the year.
